This Education Division, in its entirely, has been vested in Vantage knowledge Academy Ltd., as a part of the Restructuring Scheme of the Group.Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay vide its order dated 10th July, 2015, the entire business and assets of Vantage Corporate Services Ltd. (Transferor Company) stand trandferred to and vested in Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd. (Transferee Company) w.e.f. 1st April, 2014. 2024 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.
