The Company has carried out works of complicated and challenging structures mainly in Pre cast Prestressed Concrete such as the Matunga and Goregaon fly-over bridges over the railway line, Housing Complex of G 7 storied building at Oshiwara for MHADA, Khar Electrical-Mechanical Shed, Silos for Digvijay Cement, etc. At present, the Company is constructing a housing colony for Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited. During 1994, Dr. Kanu Patel has joined the Company to promote the proposed Project. 2006 -Stresscrete India Ltd has appointed Mr Arvind Kothari as an Additional Director of the Company. 2007 -E-mail ID for Investor Complaints:investor.stresscrete@gmail.com. 2010 -Company has changed its name from Stresscrete India Ltd. to Vardhman Concrete Ltd. 2013 -Vardhman Concrete Ltd Mr. Kinnar Prakash Chhaya has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company.
