On 17th October, 1994 the Company was converted into a Limited Company and accordingly the name was changed to Stresscrete India Limited. The Company has carried out works of complicated and challenging structures mainly in Pre cast Prestressed Concrete such as the Matunga and Goregaon fly-over bridges over the railway line, Housing Complex of G 7 storied building at Oshiwara for MHADA, Khar Electrical -Mechanical Shed, Silos for Digvijay Cement, etc. At present, the Company is constructing a housing colony for Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited. During 1994, Dr. Kanu Patel has joined the Company to promote the proposed Project. 2006 -Stresscrete India Ltd has appointed Mr Arvind Kothari as an Additional Director of the Company. 2007 -E-mail ID for Investor Complaints:investor.stresscrete@gmail.com. 2010 -Company has changed its name from Stresscrete India Ltd. to Vardhman Concrete Ltd. 2013 -Vardhman Concrete Ltd Mr. Kinnar Prakash Chhaya has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company.
