Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to "Veranda Learning Solutions Private Limited", pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 10, 2020 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai. Along with the change in name of the Company, the registered office of the Company was also shifted to, "Old No 54, New No 34, Thirumalai Pillai Road, T. Nagar, Chennai - 600017, Tamil Nadu, India".
