Pursuant to a resolution of the Shareholders passed on June 14, 2017, the name of the Company was changed to Vertoz Advertising Limited to align the name of the Company to the business carried out by the Company and a fresh Certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on July 07, 2017.
