Its Registration Number is B-03.00080. 2013 -The Company has changed its name from Panjon Finance Ltd. to Viji Finance Ltd. 2014 - Recommended the divided on equity shares @ Rs. 0.50/- each (5%) per share. - Appointment of Ms. Roshani Maheshwari as an additional as well as independent director of the Company. 2016 -Face value of the shares of the Company has been reduced from Rs.10/- per share to Re. 1/- per share. -Incorporation of VIJI HOUSING FINANCE LTD (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) of the Company. 2024 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 8:11 at a premium of Rs. 0.5 per share.
