Our Company was originally incorporated as "Virtual Galaxy Infotech Private Limited" as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated September 12, 1997 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Subsequently, our Company was converted to a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders in the extra-ordinary general meeting heldon June 18, 2024 and the name of our Company was changed to "Virtual Galaxy Infotech Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of the name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centreon September 12, 2024.
