The Company was incorporated as "Vishal Bearings Private Limited" on 24th July, 1991 under the Companies Act, 1956, with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, bearing Registration Number 016005. Subsequently,the Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed from "Vishal Bearings Private Limited" to "Vishal Bearings Limited" by a special resolution passed on 11th May, 2015. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion into public limited company was granted to Company on 5th June, 2015, by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
