The company is setting up a 100% EOU for manufcacture of drug formulations with an installed capacity of 400 million tablets and 200 million capsules per annum. 2003 -To issue 352907 fully convertible warrants on preferential basis to Vista Pharmaceuticals Inc convertible into one equity share within a period of 18 months at a conversion price of Rs 10/- -Increase the Authorised capital from Rs 80 million to Rs 100 million.
