Remi Metals Gujarat Ltd., (RMGL) was incorporated as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956, in the State of Maharashtra under the name and style of Remi Metals Ltd., Pursuant to a Resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the company held on 23rd January, 1993 the name of the company was changed to Remi Metals Gujarat Ltd. The immediate object of the company is to implement a Project involving setting up facilities for the manufacture of 70,000 tpa of carbon alloy seamless pipes/tubes as also 100,000 tpa of in-house steel manufactuing and rolling capacity. 2011 -RMG Alloy Steel appointed Shri R. R.
