Company Info

The company has started implementation of the project and have already deployed Rs.170.85 lacs upto 22.02.1995 in acquisition of Land and towards advances for building and plant and machinery. The main object of the company are fully set out in the Memorandum of Association of the company as stated elsewhere in the Prospectus. The immediate object of the company is to set up facilities for the manufacturing of Tablets (Alopethic & Ayurvedic), Capsules, Ointments, Liquid Injectable etc. The proposed project will be located at Plot No..388/34 Changodar Industrial Estate, Changodar, Taluka Sanand, District: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, a notified category-II backward area eligible for subsidy and sales tax benefits. 2005 -Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1.
