It Manufactures Auxiliaries & chemicals, Welting out Agent, Synthetic Detergents, Soaftners, Preservatives, Souring Agents, Retarding & Lebelling Agents, Water Proofing Agents, Emulsifiers, Deemulsifiers, Synthetic Resins, Cross Links Agents & Adhesives, Carboxy methyl Cellulose, Trichlorophenol, Monochloro Acetic Acid & Industrial Alcohol. The company manufactures Acetic Acid & Aceteudehyde at its Ankelshwar factory with a capacity of 600 mt per annum. Company diversified Acetic Anhydride of 6000 TPA. The location of the project is in Surat in Gujarat State. The company has also to modernise & expand. The present distillery at Billimora of capacity of 30 million per annum. 2009 --Registered Office of the Company has been shifted to Office No. 6, 2nd Floor, National Chambers, Nr. City Gold, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad - 380 009, Gujarat. 2022 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.2025-Company name has changed to ZR2 Bioenergy Ltd. from Gujchem Distillers India Ltd..
