The benchmark indices were trading higher on November 17, 2025, as buying was seen among majority of the index heavyweights. Except, IT, metal, pharma, all other sectoral indices were trading in the green. BSE Midcap up 0.67% and smallcap indices rose 0.55%. At 12.50 pm, Sensex rose by 0.36% or 304 points to 84,858. The Nifty gained 0.29% or 75 points to 25,987.
