The Company has recently got the SEBI Registration as a Category III Merchant Bankers. The main activity of the company also includes providing Project preparation and appraisal, arranging Project financing and corporate advisory services. The Company started its business with a paid up capital of Rs. 25 lacs. Within a span of 9 months of operation, the company has achieved a turnover of Rs. 14.70 lacs and registering a net profits of Rs. 5.09 lacs. The Company has declared a dividend of 15% prorata in its very first year of operations. The company now diversified into merchant banking services and it is already providing project consultancy services to 4 projects. Further it has few more projects in the pipe lines for providing advisory services.
