Presently the Registered Office of the Company is situated at 910, Ansal Bhawan, 16 K. G. Marg, New Delhi- 110001.The company has changed its object clause from Finance and Investment activities to Real Estate Activities and has obtained approval from the Office of Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana for the same.
