The Company undergone capital restructuring vide High Court Order dated 19th July, 2010 and subsequently the name of Company was changed From Quick Credit Limited to Du-Lite Industries Limited vide new certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana, dated : 20th Day of September, 2010. Further the Company in compliance of Section 21 of The Companies Act,1956 changed the name From Du-Lite Industries Limited to Advik Industries Limited vide New Certificate of Incorporation issue by ROC of NCT of Delhi and Haryana, Dated 24th day of February, 2011. The Company's shares are listed on Delhi Stock Exchange (DSE) and in the mean time Company is about to get listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) soon and the process for the same is carrying out. 2017 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-. 2022 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 19:5 at a premium of Rs. 1.85 per share. 2023 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 17:18 at a premium of Rs. 1.4 per share. 2024 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 14:30 at a premium of Rs. 1.5 per share. -The Company signed MOU with Leading Agri-Product FMCG Company, aiming to expand into diverse Industries ahead.
