Subsequently, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, held on May 06, 2024 our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of our Company was changed from "Aeron Composite Private Limited" to "Aeron Composite Limited" vide a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from private company to public company dated June 19, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, bearing CIN U25209GJ2011PLC065419.Major Key Events and Milestone:2011 Incorporation of the Company.
