The Company was incorporated as G. I. Builders Pvt. Ltd. on May 27, 2005 under the Companies Act, 1956, with the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh bearing Registration Number - 028466 and CIN U45200PB2005PTC28466. The status of the Company was changed to a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed from 'G. I. Builders Private Limited' to 'AGI Infra Limited' by a special resolution passed on February 16, 2011. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to the change of name was granted to the Company on February 22, 2011, by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh bearing CIN U45200PB2005PTC28466. Further, a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 27, 2012 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab and Chandigarh, consequent upon conversion into a public limited company, bearing CIN U45200PB2005PLC028466. We are an integrated construction and real estate development company, focussed primarily on construction and development of commercial / residential projects, in and around Punjab. The Company was incorporated in the year 2005 as G. I. Builders Private Limited, jointly promoted by Mr. Sukhdev Singh and Mrs. Salwinderjit Kaur, with the vision of providing premium housing at fair prices. The name of the Company was changed to AGI Infra Limited in the year 2011. We provide / propose to provide construction services for the sectors broadly classified below: 1) Residential: In the residential sector, we would construct residential buildings including 'Group Housing' Projects as well as standalone towers; 2) Commercial: In the commercial sector, the services consist of the construction of structures such as Commercial offices and Shops; and Major events in the history of the Company: 2005 - Incorporation of our Company as G. Apartments' comprising of 78 residential flats in Phagwada 2011 - Commenced construction of 9 towers, comprising of 297 residential flats (as part of the Jalandhar Heights Extn. Project) 2011 - Conversion of our Company into a Public Limited Company and change of name from G. I. Builders Pvt. Ltd. to AGI Infra Ltd. by a special resolution passed on February 16, 2011 2011 -Issue of Bonus Shares 2013 -Commenced construction for our proposed project of 5 towers, comprising of 215 residential flats (as part of the Jalandhar Heights Extn. Project) 2014 -Completed the construction of 297 residential flats, which commenced in 2011 -Issue of Bonus Shares -Obtained ISO 9001:2008 Certification for Construction and Development of Residential and Commercial Complexes. 2015 -Company has been among the top five performers in BSE SME's in the year 2014-15. 2017 -AGI Infra gets nod for project under Affordable Housing Policy 2016. 2022 --The company has informed that it has received a prestigious award in category of Best Affordable EWS/LIG Housing Project in the state of Punjab for its Project 'AGI Sky garden-Housing Project' under PMAY- Empowering India awards 2022' on 08.07.2022.The award was presented by the Chief Guest- Shri Kaushal Kishore, Hon'ble Minister of State for Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. --The company has informed that the company has obtained the permission of Change of land use (CLU) vide Memo No. 238 CTP (PB)/SP-432-(J) for the new Project namely 'Urbana Township' situated at Village Pholriwal, Tehsil Jalandhar-I, Distt., Jalandhar for the land measuring 51.99 Acres and the Company has initiated the process for obtaining the license for this project. --The company has informed that it has entered into a Joint Development Agreement for the land measuring 8.70 acres situated at Village Daad, H.B No. 279, Tehsil Ludhiana West, District Ludhiana, Punjab. Besides the company has also purchased land measuring 3.60 acres adjoining the land under Joint Development Agreement, this making the total land measuring 12.30 acres. This land is acquired for the construction and development of group housing project. 2024 -AGI Infra celebrated 555th Parkash Purb with Grand Fervor. -AGI Infra limited secured a spot on Forbes Asia's prestigious. -AGI Infra has launched its stunning duplex towers. 2025 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 5/-. -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 5/- to Rs. 1/-. -The Company has informed the Exchange about Obtaining of RERA Registration for the Project ""AGI by Prestige"" -The Company BOD has approved the Construction Contract with M/s AGI Construction Pvt.
