The main business of the company is to trade in jute business and investment in shares of other companies. 2018 The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1. 2023 - Associate company i.e Agribiotech Industries Limited is going to expand its production and bottling capacity. 2024 -The Company name has changed from Beekay Niryat Ltd.to Agribio Spirits Ltd. -The Company expand its production and bottling capacity. 2025 -The Company informed BSE regarding execution of Share Purchase Agreement with the shareholders of Solkit Distillery and Brewery Private Limited.
