The Company was incorporated as `Ahlada Engineers Private Limited' on August 10, 2005 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, with the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders dated January 23, 2018 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to "Ahlada Engineers Limited" vide a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private company to Public Company dated February 6, 2018 issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, at Hyderabad.
