ALLIANZ SECURITIES LTD (ASL) was incorporated on 28th June 1994 in the name and style of ALLIANZ SHARE AND STOCK BROKERS LTD. with the main object of undertaking Share and Stock Broking and Investment business. The Company got the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 29th July 1994. Later on the name of the Company was changed to ALLIANZ SECURITIES LTD." on 17th January 1995. The Company has been classified as Non-Banking Financial Services Company as per the Industrial Classification Code of the Department of Company Affairs and received Reserve Bank of India registration as a Non Banking Financial Company. The Company was mainly promoted by M/s. ALLIANZ CAPITAL & MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD. (ACMS) as one of the subscribers to the memorandum. The Company became a Subsidiary of ACMS on 07-01-1995. The company on September 12, 1995 has changed its registered office from Ekant House, 3 Panchkuian Road, New Delhi to C-2 Green Park Extension, New Delhi. The Company has acquired the Membership of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) to carry on the Capital Market Operations. The OTC Exchange of India vide its Letter No. MEM/APPT/602/0106 dated 1st June, 1995 has given the membership in Allianz Securities Limited. After Certificate of Commencement of Business the funds received by the Company have primarily been deployed in the Primary and Secondary Market investments and towards fee and security deposits to the National Stock Exchange and OTC Exchange of India. Allianz Securities Limited has no subsidiary company. 2007 -Allianz Securities Ltd has appointed Mr. Amar Singh Anand as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. March 21, 2007. -Company name has been changed from Allianz Securities Ltd to Almondz Global Securities Ltd 2008 -Almondz Global Securities Ltd has appointed Mr. Qais M Al-Yousef & Mr. Krishna Kumar Gupta as the Additional Directors of the Company in the Board Meeting held on January 03, 2008. 2010 - Almondz Global Securities Ltd has appointed Mr. Shiv Karan Singh as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. May 28, 2010. 2011 -Board recommends Final Dividend of 7%. 2012 -Mr. Ajay Pratap has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. 2020 The Company has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Wholly owned Subsidiary Company namely Almondz Global Infra -Consultant Limited(Transferor Companny) with Almondz Global Securities Limited (Transferee Company), under Section 230-232 and other relevant provisions of the Companies,Act 2013 2023 -'Commercial production from enhanced capacity of Ethanol Plant of 200 KLPD over and above the existing 85 KLPD Plant at the same place at Plot No-1, Sansarpur Terrace, Industrial Area, Phase-III, District-Kangra, Himachal Pradesh-176501 in the Joint Venture Company namely Premier Alcobev Private Limited.
