Company Info

The Company was originally incorporated as Ansal & Saigal Properties Pvt. Ltd on June 30, 1967 and subsequently changed name to Ansal Properties & Industries Pvt.Ltd. on November 10, 1975. The Company again changed its status to a deemed public limited company effective 15th June 1988, u/s 43A of the Act. Subsequently, by a Special Resolution passed by the shareholders in their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 30th March, 1990 restriction u/s 3(1)(iii) of the Act were deleted from the Articles of the Company and the Company, as such, became Public Limited Company within the meaning of Section 3(1)(iv) of the Act. The Company is engaged in Real Estate Promotion, Construction and Development activities. The Company executes contracts for building residential complexes, commercial complexes etc. The Company has so far completed 66 projects in India and 5 projects in Iraq with an aggregate contract value of Rs.197.11 crores and Rs.86.50 crores respectively. The Company again changed its status to a deemed public limited company effective 15th June 1988, u/s 43A of the Act. Subsequently, by a Special Resolution passed by the shareholders in their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 30th March, 1990 restriction u/s 3(1)(iii) of the Act were deleted from the Articles of the Company and the Company, as such, became Public Limited Company within the meaning of Section 3(1)(iv) of the Act. The Company is engaged in Real Estate Promotion, Construction and Development activities.
