We operate as a Non Deposit taking Non Banking Finance Company engaged primarily in the business of advancing loans and investing/trading in securities. -The Company has been able to give the significant upward performance in terms of Sales, Profitability from the last five years. The financial parameters of the company are the indicators of its performance and the company has been able to outshine and stand among the other players in the Finance Industry. The company is listed on the Calcutta Stock Exchange and U.P Stock Exchange. 2022 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs.10 to Rs. 1 2024 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 4:5 at a premium of Rs. 0.2 per share.
