Our Company was originally incorporated on September 10, 2008, as a Private Limited Company in the name of "ARC Insulation & Insulators Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 bearing Corporate Identification Number U18109WB2008PTC129263 issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. Subsequently, our Company acquired the entire running business on a going concern basis with the Assets and Liabilities of M/s. ARC Insulation and Insulators, sole proprietorship Firm represented by our Promoter Mr. Manish Bajoria effective vide Business Transfer Agreement dated June 01, 2009.
