Later on, as a part of the Merger and Amalgamation, Allied Resins and Aarem Chemicals were merged and the name was changed to ARCL in the year 2012. 2025-The Company has been signed MOU for purchase of land, industrial plant, machinery and equipment from Visham Formalin and Angel Resins.
