The company successfully received approvals for 2 Mega projects, Arihant Akarshan at Taloja on 10 acres and Arihant Aaradhaya at Kalyan extension on 7 acres with a total revenue potential of Rs 1,000 Crores and both projects benefiting from Sec 80-1B resulting in income tax exemption for the projects. The company postponed its fund-raising program through dilution of equity and plans for the same after achieving the visible exponential business growth at higher valuations. Positive for the stock.
