Company Info

The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 25th June, 1986 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal at Calcutta. The Certificate for Commencement of Business was obtained by the Company on 30th June, 1986. The Company was formed by a group of engineers who had started real estate development in Bihar in 1979. Since then, the Company has shown good progress in the real estate development and has achieved increasing growth in income. Its activities have recently been extended to Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh. The Ashiana Group's origin lies in its having started a flour milling industry in the state of Bihar in 1961. Since then the group has multiplied its activities by establishing further roller flour mills in Bihar, a biscuit unit in Patna, engineering units in Patna and Bokaro and an edible oil refinery in Rajasthan. The group has also entered into the field of high value added leather garment exports. Presently the garments are being exported to U.S.A., Japan & European markets.
