The Company is engaged in fund-based activities like providing loans and advances, Inter Corporate Deposit and investment in shares & securities.. ACCL's services today are readily available to individuals, corporates and financial institutions throughout India. 1995 -The company was engaged in Merchant Banking activities. 2000 -Ashika Credit Capital attainted NSE membership status. 2004 -Ashika Credit Capital attainted BSE member status & depository participation of CDSL & also MCX & NCDEX membership. 2006 -The company gained underwritter and portfolio manager status from SEBI and insurance broker from IRDA. 2007 -The company become the member of NMCE exchange. 2008 -Ashika Credit Capital got NSDL membership status for equities, NSE & MCX-SX currency membership. 2009 -The company got trading cum clearing member of ICEX. 2010 -The company attained ACE membership & depository participation for commodities. 2025-NCLT Kolkata Bench sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of Yaduka Financial Services Limited with and into Ashika Credit Capital Ltd.- The Company BOD informed that Ashika Credit Capital Ltd. have completed the contemplated acquisition of 5100 Equity Shares of Ashika Equity Advisors Pvt.Ltd.
