Corporate profile of the Company For information on the Company`s business profile, activities, services, managerial competence, and customers, see chapters titled "The Management", "The Business" and "Industry Overview" Awards/accreditations/ major events in the History of the Company 2010 - Incorporation of Company 2012 - Commencement of commercial production. 2014 - Achieved turnover of more than Rs.100 crores - Received ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001: 2004 certification in respect of in respect of manufacture and dispatch of Kraft Paper. - Received FSC- STD-40-004 V2/1 Standard for COC Certification - October 2011 and FSC-STD-40-007 V2-0 Sourcing reclaimed materials - April 2011 in respect of purchase of pre and post-consumer recycled carton boxes and manufacture of 100% FSC Recycled Kraft paper in rolls containing at 85% post-consumer material under percentage system. 2016 - Received Authorised Economic operator- T1 certificate 2017 - Received permission for availing Direct Port Delivery facility 2018 -Astron Paper & Board Mill Limited 'Commencement of Commercial Production at PM- 2 located at Halvad, Gujarat.'. -Company has entered in to MOU with the promoters of Balaram Papers Pvt. Ltd to take over the existing plant located at Ganeshpura, Ta-Kadi, Dist-Mehsana- 382705, Gujarat. 2020 -Company received permission from Government of Gujarat regarding commencement of Unit-1 located at Halvad, Dis-Morbi, Gujar. -Company Commencement of production of Unit -2 located at Bhuj, Gujarat which was stopped due to covid-19'. 2024 -The Company Announced 10 Megawatt solar power plant project at District: Surendranagar Taluka: Dhangdhra, Village Gala. 2025- Astron paper and board mill Limited Announces 10 Megawatt solar power plant project.
