Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders dated November 09, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to "Atam Valves Limited" to reflect the legal status of the Company pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation granted by the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh dated November 24, 2017 bearing Corporate Identification Number U27109PB1985PLC006476.Major Events, Milestones, Key Awards, Achievements and Accolades of the Company :2006- National Award for Quality Products in small scale sector 20062009- National Award for Outstanding Entrepreneurship 20092017- Conversion from "Private Limited" to "Public Limited" Company in the name and style of "Atam Valves Limited 2022 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1. 2023 - Company has received an order for Miscellaneous products of the Company worth US$ 52,864.
