The company has a marketing arrangement Allied Photographic Ltd., whereby the goods supplied will labelled "manuactured by AVI Photochem Ltd." and "Marketed by Allied Photographic Ltd.". In November 1992 came out with a maiden public issue by issuing 24,00,000 equity shares to the public and another 8,00,000 equity shares reserved for the promoters. The issue was made for expansion and backward integration and to increase the aggregate capacity to 1800 TPA.
