The main business of the company is to manufacture and sell pesticides, which are fully set out in the Memorandum and Articles of Association and are also mentioned below in the prospectus. M/S Bhagiradha Chemicals and Industries Limited, proposes to set up a project for the manufacture of 300 tons per annum of pesticide, namely, technical grade Chlorpyriphos, for a total outlay of Rs. 1000 Lakhs. The plant has been commissioned and trial runs are in progress. 2007 -Company has informed that the designated E-mail ID for the purpose of registering complaints by investors is as follow: Investor Grievance E-mail: monica@bhagirad.com 2008 - Bhagiradha Chemicals & Industries Ltd has appointed Sri. Sudhakar Kudva as additional director of the Company. 2011 -Smt. K Lakshmi Raju has been appointed as Additional director of the Company. 2014 -Company has recommended dividend of Re. 1/- per equity of Rs. 10 each (i.e. 10%). 2022 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 4:17 at a premium of Rs. 390 per share. 2024 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.
