The Company was originally incorporated as ?Bhatia Colthe Chem Limited``* under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated December 10, 2021 bearing Corporate Identification Number U24290GJ2021PTC127878 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Center. Subsequently, the Company filed the forms of conversion to change the CIN of the Company from ?PTC" to ?PLC" pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the EGM held on January 21, 2022 and consequently the name of the Company was remain same as ?Bhatia Colthe Chem Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad dated February 10, 2022. The CIN of the Company is U24290GJ2021PLC127878.Upon Incorporation of the Company it was found that although the name and constitution of the company is of a Public Limited Company but the CIN of the company was U24290GJ2021PTC127878. Hence, it was ascertained that instead of PLC the CIN of the company is issued as PTC by CRC, Manesar. Upon analyzing it was found that the category of the company during Incorporation was marked as private limited company in the documents filed for incorporation of the Company. Though the Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has allocate the CIN of the Private Limited (PTC).In order to rectify the above discrimination, the members of the Company had passed the special resolution in General Meeting held on January 21, 2022 in this regards and request Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad to correct the aforesaid anomaly.Key Events :2022- Acquisition of ?Ravi Chem", Proprietorship of Mr. Ravi Bhatia
