The company was dormant and there was no business activity till the financial year 1992-93. The company has come out with its first public issue in Oct., 1993 to set up a unit to manufacture formulation based pharmaceutical products. The Company commenced commercial production in its existing formulation division with effect from September 25th 1993. Presently, the Company is engaged in manufacturing of range of formulations in the form of Injectables, Eye Drops, Dry Syrups/ Powders, Capsules etc. The company has been in successful operation for the last two years. 2011 -Registered office of the Company's Registrar and share transfer agent M/s. Ankit Consultancy Private Ltd. have been shifted to Ankit Consultancy Private Ltd.
