Suryanarayan, Managing Director as Compliance Officer of the Company. 2014 -The company informed that the change in name of the Company from `Fine Plast Polymers Limited' to `SSK Lifestyles Limited' -Fine Plast Polymers has appointed R V Radhakrishna as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from September 01, 2014. 2015 -The Registered Office of the Company was shifting to 307, Nirmal Towers-200, Dwarakapuri Colony, Punjagutta yderabad - 500082, Telangana ele/Fax: 040-66023643 2018 -Company name has changed to Genesis IBRC India Ltd. from SSK Lifestyles Ltd.. -SSK Lifestyles on Tuesday said that its subsidiary, Genesis I.B.R.C.
