The Promoters are having their own state -of-the-art manufacturing units in different states and the same expertise would be used for Chamak also. The company is taken over by Mr. Subhash Chander Kathuria and Mr. Anubhav Kathuria in 2010 by way of open offer process as per the SEBI Takeover code.
