Subsequently, our Company was converted in to a public limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders at the EGM held on March 01, 1999 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to `Citichem Alkalies (Bombay) Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai dated March 23, 1999. Thereafter, the name of our Company was changed to Citichem India Ltd and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 07, 1999 was issued by the RoC, Mumbai. Major Events and Milestones:1992-Incorporation of our Company1999-Conversion of Company from Private Limited to Public Limited.1999-Change in Name of the company from Citichem Alkailes (Bombay) Ltd to Citichem India Ltd
