As on date of this Prospectus, the Company has Seven (7) shareholders.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES :2021- Incorporation of the company in the name and style of "Clara Industries Limited".- Company has taken-over the running business of Proprietorship firm of the Promoter i.e. M/s Clara Petrochemicals for expansion of the business of Company.- The Company has obtained ISO Certificate 9001:2015 2023 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 2:3 at a premium of Rs. 157 per share. 2024 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 4:1.
