SUBSIDIARIES OF THE COMPANY At present the Company does not have any subsidiary. 2001 - The Company has signed an agreement with CDSL & NSDL for dematerialisation. 2012 -Company has changed its name from Yatish Securities Ltd. to Diligent Industries Ltd. -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted to H No. 6-3-348/10 Fiat No: 106,Nirmal Towers Dwarakapuri Colony, Punjagutta, Hyderabad-500082 2013 - Mr. Vankieneni Bhanu Prakash has been co-opted as Additional Director of the Company. 2014 - Mr. V. V. Vinod Kumar & Mr. Srinivas Babu Edupuganti has been co-opted as an Additional Directors of the Company. 2015 -Diligent Industries Ltd has splits its face values of share from Rs. 10 to Rs. 5 2018 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 5/- to Rs. 1/-. 2022-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 5/- to Rs. 1/-.2024 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 6:5 at a premium of Rs. 2.6 per share.
