Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad vide its order dated December 16, 2016, the name was changed to Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 27th March, 2017 issued by the aforesaid Registrar of Companies. 2017 -Company name has changed to Dishman Carbogen Amcis Ltd. from Carbogen Amcis (India) Ltd. 2019 -Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited has informed the Exchange about Acquisition of Dishman Biotech Limited. 2021- Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited's subsidiary has releases new product alongwith NH TherAguix 2024-Dishman Carbogen Amcis Ltd received the Choose France-Best Indian Investment in France award by the Indo French Chamber of Commerce & Industry in partnership with Business France India, at the sixth flagship event of the Indo-French Business Awards (IFBA) and Grand Prix VIE, in New Delhi-Ahmedabad-based Dishman Carbogen Amcis Ltd (DCAL), receives the Japanese Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) certification.
