Subsequently, the Company was converted from private to public company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company on October 27, 2022 and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi ("RoC") on November 25, 2022.
