The Company was incorporated as "Evans Electric Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, VII of 1913vide Certificate of Incorporation dated December29, 1951 issued by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies, Bombay bearing Registration no. 008715. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a Shareholders' Resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General meeting of the Company held on February 18, 2019 and the name of the Company was changed to "Evans Electric Limited" vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 13, 2019 bearing CIN: U74999MH1951PLC008715 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.Major events and milestones of our Company1951- Incorporation of the Company.1978- Achieved a major breakthrough as successfully repaired 40,000 KvA - 11,000 volts generating sets of Uttar Pradesh State Electricity Board, for which got recognition from various publication houses2007- Acquired factory unit admeasuring to 30,000 sq. ft. located in Palghar, Maharashtra2017- Attained the Revenue milestone of Rs. 1,000 Lakhs2019- The Company was converted into a Public Company limited by shares and consequently the name of the Company was changed from Evans Electric Private Limited to Evans Electric Limited. 2023  -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.  2024 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
