Thereafter, our company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company on June 18, 2024 and consequently the name of the company was changed to `INDO SMC LIMITED' and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad dated August 07, 2024 bearing Corporate Identity Number U31909GJ2021PLC125904.
