The main object of the Company is as under: To carry on the business of manufacturing, processing, dealing, exporting, importing of various types of printing, stationery and packing items, products, goods, things, matters, accessories, materials and whether the same are made, derived, processed, prepared or otherwise from any papers, card boards, sheets, rolls, reams or others and/or from plastic, aluminium, strips, acrelics, fibres, PVC, or other such and similar or supplementary or substitutes for any use/uses in India or abroad and import and export business in the said such products, goods, items alongwith related, incidental connected services, jobs, consultancy, technologies, managements, agents activities thereof or otherwise." PRESENT BUSINESS The Present business of the PHARMA OFFSET LTD. is manufacturing, processing, printing and packaging products carried on since its inception on 18/12/82. 2012-Company has changed its name from Pharma Com (India) Ltd. to Count N Denier (India) Ltd. -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted to to 22, Sharda Bhawan, Nanda Patkar Marg, Nehru Road, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai 400057 2015- The company has changed its name from Count N Denier (India) Ltd. to Scandent Imaging Ltd.2022-Company name has changed to Family Care Hospitals Ltd. from Scandent Imaging Ltd.2023-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 127:100 at a premium of Rs. 2 per share.
