Subsequently, our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on June 10, 2024, and the name of our Company was changed from "GLEN Industries Private Limited" to "GLEN Industries Limited". A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued to our Company by the Central Processing Centre, Manesar, on August 09, 2024.
