Electrical Instruments Manufacturing Company Limited was amalgamated with the Company with effect from 1st January, 1979. The company has entered into an investment and technical collaboration agreement with Pfaudler-Balfour companies Inc, USA, which owns 40% of the total issued share capital of the company.
