It entered into a technical cum financial agreement with Pfaudler Companies Inc. USA. Electrical Instruments Manufacturing Company Limited was amalgamated with the Company with effect from 1st January, 1979. The company has entered into an investment and technical collaboration agreement with Pfaudler-Balfour companies Inc, USA, which owns 40% of the total issued share capital of the company.
