The Company was incorporated on April 26, 1989, as "Kal-Chop Export Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat bearing Registration Number 04-12165. We subsequently changed the name of the Company from " Kal-Chop Export Private Limited " to "Camex Auxi- Chem Private Limited" vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat dated December 15, 1989 with a view of having identification similar to the group of erstwhile promoter, Mr.Chandraprakash B. Chopra. In order to expand the business activities in luggage and travel gear accessories , the Company changed its name from "Camex Auxi-Chem Private Limited" to "Camex Tradelink Private Limited" and obtained fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 18, 2002 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.Subsequently, the Company was converted into public limited company pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 11, 2010 and the name of the Company was changed to "Camex Tradelink Limited" vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 18, 2010 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
