According to the MOU, it has been agreed to transfer 100 acres of unused land outside Bangalore. 2018 -GODREJ AGROVET LTDhas informed that the Company is scheduled on 14/09/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Scheme of Amalgamation of Astec LifeSciences Limited (a subsidiary of the Company) with the Company and also to discuss on business strategies. Further, in view of the ensuing Board Meeting, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors / Key Managerial Personnel / Designated Employees/ Connected Persons from Wednesday, September 12, 2018 to Monday, September 17, 2018 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. -Godrej Agrovet increases shareholding in GTFL -Godrej Agrovet acquired a majority stake in CDPL. With a processing capacity of above 12 lakh litres per day and over 100 collection centres, CDPL has a strong distribution network in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu,Karnataka and parts of Maharashtra. -Godrej Agrovet has said that the company has increased its total shareholding from 49.00 per cent to 49.90 per cent in Godrej Tyson Foods Limited (GTFL) by way of purchase of additional 0.90 per cent of the total Paid-up Equity Share Capital from GTFL's existing member viz., Tyson India Holdings Limited . 2019 - The company has informed that on October 22, 2019 regarding sanctioning of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Creamline Dairy Products Limited ('CDPL / Transferee Company') [our material unlisted subsidiary] with Nagavalli Milkline Private Limited ('NMPL /Transferor Company') [unlisted wholly-owned subsidiary of CDPL] and their respective shareholders pursuant to Section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 ('Scheme'), by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench ('NCLT') on October 17, 2019 and inform that the Scheme has become effective post filing of e-Form INC-28 by the transferor and transferee on October 31, 2019 with the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad. 2021 -Godrej Agrovet Limited has informed thatt, the Company has acquired additional 25.10% of the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of Godrej Maxximilk Private Limited ( GMPL ), Subsidiary Company, from the existing equity shareholders, thereby increasing its total shareholding in GMPL from 74.90% to 100%. Consequent to the aforementioned acquisition, GMPL has become wholly-owned subsidiary of Godrej Agrovet Limited with effect from June 21, 2021. 2023 -Godrej Agrovet has partnered with the State Bank of India (SBI) to offer loans to oil palm farmers for setting up micro irrigation facility and install fencing to protect crops from cattle and improvement of tube well at their oil palm farms. 2024 -The Company completed of transaction of acquisition of additional 49.00% of the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of Godrej Tyson Foods Limited 2025-The Company has signed a Share Purchase Agreement with the Promoter Group of Creamline Dairy Products Limited (Material Unlisted Subsidiary), and completed the acquisition of  47.38% Equity Stake in Creamline Dairy Products Limited.-The Company has launched the new product by Crop Protection business of Godrej Agrovet Limited.
