Khemka, Mr. H.V.Jhunjhunwala and Mr. D.K.Sengupta as the first Directors of the Company under the name of Bimex Mercantiles Limited with the main objective of, interalia, carrying on the business of finance, leasing, and investment in shares and securities. 2008 -Board has recommended a divided of 5% i.e. Re 0.50 on equity share of Rs 10/- each. 2025-GSB Finance Ltd. has received the consent of the Reserve Bank of India (\RBI\) approving acquisition of 55.25% of the paid-up equity capital and control of GSB Finance Limited.-The Share Purchase Agreement executed between the selling shareholders and acquirers of GSB Finance Limited (\Company\), the acquirers have purchased the remaining shares of the Company.
