SUBSIDIARY The company does not have any subsidiary company. 2009 -Sri Nitin Somani, Smt Sonal Somani and Sri Chandrakant Tupe have been appointed as Directors of the company. 2010 --Registered Office of the Company has been shifted to No. 14, Imperial Hotel Complex, Near Albert Cinema Hall, Whannels Road, Egmore, Chennai 600 008, Tamil Nadu 2012 -Ms. Pragati P. Sawant has been appointed as the whole time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. 2013 -Hasti Finance has given the Bonus in the Ratio of 1:10.
