Subsequently, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to Special Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on June 13, 2012 and the name of the company was changed from "Hindcon Chemicals Private Limited" to "Hindcon Chemicals Limited" vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 15, 2012 having CIN U24117WB1998PLC087800 issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.
